Shipping
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Switzerland:
- 4.00 CHF Without tracking number
- 6.50 CHF With tracking number
- Zone 1 (Europe): 8.70 CHF
- Zone 2 (rest of the world): 5.50 CHF
Shipping without tracking number
Since the status of the packages can not be tracked there will be not refund for any lost packages.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. It will contain your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Wrong address
If your order contains an invalid or not complete address, please contact us immediately on support@thousandreams.com with the subject: Wrong address. Please add in your email your order number and the new address.
If the order goes out with the wrong address we are not responsible anymore.
In the case that the order is sent back to us, we will contact you offering 2 options:
- refund the order value excluding the shipping cost
- or we resend the order where you have to pay the shipping cost
In the other case that the order was delivered to the wrong address, we can not refund you any money.
