Refund policy

Refunds

Due to sanitary reasons all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to process your order. Once your order has been placed, processing will begin. if you receive a damages item please contact us within one week. After one week we will not issue any refunds on damaged items anymore.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return my products if they don't fit?

No. Due to sanitary reasons we are not accepting returns at the moment. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. 


Shipping without tracking number

Since the status of the packages can not be tracked there will be not refund for any lost packages.
